To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太耐無嚟里度食buffet ，滿心歡喜。入到去，行左個圈，已經覺得整體食物唔算多。6點開始食，行左幾個圈，先諗到開始食咩好。平時一定會食下沙津，但唔吸引，放棄左。甘就食冷盤啦。龍蝦，蟹鉗，花螺都好食，其他野都麻麻。無長腳蟹，無生蠔熱食，最好味係羊架，好多人期望既花膠同海參都唔好味，湯都好普通。牛扒好硬。而且點解會無鵝肝。刺身，唔好食。全部都唔好食。甜品可接受，但唔算吸引。不過所有食物都refill 得好快，好快就有服務員收碟，服務係好好。
