To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

比起上年,今次嚟係差咗嘅。首先佢最大賣點個海鮮bar ,食物質素冇變,啲海蝦啊加拿大龍蝦本身唔貴,勝在夠新鮮。所以我去親都係專食海鮮,其他嘢食可以唔使啦,費事塞住個胃。除咗海鮮有幾樣野我覺得可以重點試嘅:1. 老火湯2. 雪糕,特別係薄荷朱古力3. 蒸魚4. 豬腩肉刺身一般,鯛魚冇味,八爪魚幾新鮮,牛扒好韌,燒味麻麻,咖哩唔得,同埋整體環境污糟左啲。枱面啲sauce 畀人勺到成枱都係,冇人清理。沙律bar 都係,啲菜葉飛到周圍都係。冇豉油碟,都冇人加,要用大碗裝醬料。希望佢可以改善下衛生啦。
