To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過幾次茶木，都係為個蜜糖吐司而黎，每次都要等成個鐘位，今次試下去黃埔呢間，位少啲，但星期六下午茶時間都係等二十分鐘左右。滿心歡喜又有吐司食，今次仲試埋個雞扒肉燥飯，點知中晒伏。個肉燥飯側邊果啲雪菜好似變壞左，食落好臭，有陣苦苦地好似廿四味咁既味，定係本身係咁？？諗住有個吐司補返數，點知呢個仲弊，焗到硬挖挖咬唔到之餘，最底果塊係有一pat蜜糖浸住係中間，應該係焗起然後求其倒pat蜜糖落去咁，甜到完全入唔到口，勁差  好失望。越開越多分店，但質素越黎越差，啲員工培訓又不足，個個返工係度玩電話，食野，仲要係個廳面對住啲客食，想搵個員工落單，淨係入面廚房同樓面啲員工係個出餐度吹水，玩，將d野推黎推去，好影響公司形象，我覺得貴公司應該要正視，今餐真係好失望
