我一向都鐘意食燒肉,但要搵間質素良好的真係唔易,而且我認為係旺角就更難,但依間烏龍燒烤又令我覺得喜出望外去到門口,發現原來間舖係半開放式,即係無一度門係度既,可能想方便散煙吧。一坐低,店員好快放上調味料,包括孜然粉、辣粉同埋一桶秘製醬油。果本武林秘笈當然就係餐牌啦。店舖提供既食物款式都好多,我地最都揀左好耐😵事不宜遲,我先介紹一下我哋叫咗咩嘢食啦由左至右數落去👇燒鹿兒島豚肉串燒孜然羊肉串皇牌燒牛舌店舖仲有每日新鮮海鮮供應,我地就叫左燒原隻生蠔三隻都幾靚下開始燒啦生蠔附上蒜蓉點上去燒壓軸出場既有海鹽牛肩胛都好靚,旁邊放上海鹽牛脂香味濃,十分好味,推介最後,另一樣必食推介一定係煲仔牛肩胛肉稻庭烏冬佢係分開烏冬同湯底上枱既,首先煲滾個湯先,再放入烏冬同牛牛肩胛同之前燒既一樣美味由於烏冬係採用到庭烏冬嘅關係,即使煲得耐左都唔會林晒,而且仲較容易索湯汁,食落既彈牙又入味,必食最後俾大家睇吓佢個餐牌有幾多款食物選擇
