Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 伴侶生日，於是選擇了銅鑼灣這一間晚上的自助餐的酒店慶祝。星期四晚上人流並不長很多，很多人都像我們一樣六時半就抵達了。這次自助餐是龍蝦為主題，海鮮的選擇也很多，有阿拉斯加長腳蟹，麵包蟹，鮮蝦等等。當然見到很多人的目標都是龍蝦。龍蝦都算幾新鮮，有咬口。另外熟悉方面亦有不少選擇，當中最有創意一定係鵝肝配合着蝦餅和饅頭。這個絕對係必食之選，鵝肝煎得很有油香，入口即溶。另外他們的甜品是以榴槤為主題，味道甘香，即使你不愛吃榴槤也會俾佢吸引！
