To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 忽然想吃有質素的中菜,所以選到國金軒。點了三樣東西 桂花燒雞半隻 -- 很好吃,不過這個價錢,應該有更好的。 生炒糯米飯 -- 也很不錯,但太貴了,份糧不多,試過就可以了。 生磨杏仁茶 -- 想不到這裡的甜品也很好,很滑。總括而言,所有食物也算中上,但用價錢來論值得與否,大概食一次就夠。
