朋友話同我補祝生日飯,就揀左呢間價錢偏向中規中矩既酒店buffet,廢事食左佢隻車😌Book左18:30,準時去到所有野食已經ready好呢期主題係海鮮,冷盤櫃有龍蝦、青口、長腳蟹同螺,而且refill得幾快,一清盤即刻又換一盤新既。龍蝦唔算太大隻,帶蝦膏,入口幾新鮮鮮甜。Buffet一定要食西冷,呢度仲有我最愛既羊架牛扒肉味濃郁,生熟拿捏得宜,夠嫩身,唔洗額外調味。羊架燒得夠香口,入口帶油脂香,同樣嫩滑不韌反而pork ribs就麻麻,痴骨,唔多肉熟食類仲有蒸魚、扇貝、紅酒炆牛腩、燒鴨等。紅酒炆牛腩炆得勁入味,紅酒味突出,牛腩肉厚唔肥,又夠稔扇貝大隻厚肉,加埋蒜粒同粉絲口感豐富鮮味,難怪一出每人都夾兩三隻呢度既刺身質素幾好,夠新鮮,特別係鯛魚、帶子同tuna,厚切軟嫩。蟲草花煲雞,藥材味十足,甘甘甜甜,可惜入口太油又偏鹹,哂左甜品區都幾多選擇,有得自製格仔餅糕點選擇唔多,得幾款朱古力蛋糕幾好食,中間夾左脆脆,令海綿蛋糕無咁單調,加上味道偏苦甜,食落唔會漏燕窩燉蛋幾滑,但味道偏淡,無乜奶香,燕窩本身又無乜味,不過不失。桃撻撻皮薄而鬆脆,黃桃幾清甜,加埋內餡既吉士酸甜開胃仲有豆腐花同自選
