To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過，味道不過不失，宜家食就覺得質素好差。食咗幾碟野已經接近五舊水。上海粗抄太濕，炒年糕都係，擔擔麵就太水，冇乜味。小籠包鍋貼嗰啲就冇乜特別。成件事好似快餐咁。 如果有食過正宗上海菜，出面大把質素更好，就算價錢貴啲我都肯比. 如果唔係因為朋友局住係元朗食，一定出去第二度食。個餐廳好熱，唔夠冷氣。服務就冇乜特別，一般般，不過埋單都要出返去櫃檯埋，食完成肚氣。由於係星期六日，餐廳都比較多人，斷估香港人要求唔係咁低掛…..上海菜嚟講，樓下間夜上海雖然都唔係特別出色，點都好過呢間。
