To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日係父親大人嘅生日,所以同佢去食餐好嘅,就book咗位於荷里活廣場嘅聘珍樓樓食個靚靚中菜北京填鴨兩食糧食講緊係平時用麵粉皮包住北京填鴨咁食,再加生菜包北京填鴨北京填鴨都幾正,層皮脆卜卜又唔會太油膩蟹肉花膠燕窩腳蟹有花膠燕窩都幾足料,湯頭亦都唔會話太鹹太油膩,啱晒老人家食熱蝦球鮮果沙律蝦球沙律就麻麻哋,蝦球唔算好新鮮一陣冰鮮味,蜜瓜可能過咗時,亦都唔夠甜脆皮五層肉個燒腩仔分量唔算好多,同埋唔係好夠熱,質素平平彩蛋手拍青瓜蒜頭味都夠重,最鍾意就係蒜味重嘅青瓜
