To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冬蔭功燒豬頸肉金邊粉 $68 +$3(凍飲)夏天熱辣辣特別想食東南亞野😍呢到既豬頸肉應該係預先用鹵水調味再燒 顏色特別深 鹵水味會比燒味更重 略嫌煮得過淋同埋過鹹 不過個冬蔭功金邊粉真係要讚 湯底夠濃郁 香茅等等既香料味逐啲逐啲咁湧出 又酸又辣好開胃🤪金邊粉我覺得再煙韌啲會好食啲..............................咁既價錢喺上環區黎講算正常價 放lunch時間都唔少人喺門口排隊等位 可想而知呢間既質素是有保證的😋
