To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店員推介我食川醬干炒牛河，佢話個炒河攞過獎，同埋個川醬係自己醃製。我叫左個中辣一試，我等左好一陣先有得食，因為佢即叫即炒，碟河粉黎到熱辣辣。佢d河粉唔係又粗又厚個d平貨，係江仔記河粉個隻闊同厚度。佢嘅川醬佈滿河粉面，而且河粉無一舊舊，條條都有均勻嘅汁，所以唔會有某d位偏鹹或偏淡。至於個味道，認真有驚喜，一來我從未食過川醬炒河，而且佢帶辣嘅味惹味非常，又唔會過油，認真好味，如果再想食炒牛河，呢間係我首選!男朋友叫左清湯爽腩飯，我偷食左2件，頂! 啖湯清澈，但散有淡淡牛香，清甜而不油膩。肉質嫰滑，軟熟，高質! 加$6仲有個足料蕃茄湯!原來間野只開左2個月，牛頭角有分店，我臨走前同老細講話d野好好味，吹吹下水，佢地話佢d牛係閹割左嘅太監牛，我問點解? 佢話太監牛油脂均衡，會更好味，一日只有10頭
