To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到大埔堂然找野食，今次見到有間漢堡包幾特別又有雜誌介紹就入去試下，我地2個食2個主菜加飲品和沙律，每人$155吾貴仲要最後仲要食吾晒添……份量3個人就應該剛好。巴馬火腿忌簾意粉$68……巴馬火腿有2大片有驚喜味道好味，白汁煮得剛好，配菜菇入晒味而且份量不少，意粉有口感而且份量多，但我覺得少一些油會更好味。凱撒沙律配煙三文魚 $68……菜夠脆口而煙三文魚份量都多，沙律油都清新幾開胃。bbq 趣脆芝士流心純牛肉漢堡加大烤菇 $ 108 ……黎到冇諗住咁大舊喎……表面用煙肉包住，切開堅有少許流心效果的圓形漢堡。食落去有肉汁，麵包有燒汁和輕微烤幾香口，烤大菇保留左菇香和汁味道吾錯，而且薯條份量都吾少，食完堅飽肚。泡沫咖啡 $30……泡沫超多又夠滑，咖啡味道易飲吾算濃，適合剛飲咖啡的朋友。潤蜜茶, 紅棗桂圓 $28……沒想到都幾足料而有蜜糖香，味道都幾清潤。
