To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過 覺得好好味 叉燒燒肉都好有驚喜 但今日黎食 叫左個三寶 （叉燒 燒肉 燒鵝）一黎到 份量比之前少左之餘 燒鵝係得返層皮 （有1舊好啲既有片薄過3mm既肉仲算係痴住係舊骨度）咁就同佢查詢啦 點知個牙姐好興咁講 「你唔食啲咩 就要預早講嫁啦 師傅唔知你唔食啲咩嫁嘛」個下 真係無言 咁我係咪食個時要同佢單聲 燒鵝要肉牙 唔該 然後有個收錢既牙嬸 講返同一句說話 但態度就好好多 我都係重覆講 唔係我有咩唔食 而係得返層皮點食 講完後 結果都冇變 由得你 唔理你 而且今日啲食物質素好差 完全比唔上上次食既品質 勁失望 P.S. 隻咸蛋仲要係有一大達黑色...
