To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翻版澳牛的華星冰室,論服務,當然是華星優勝,在這裡不用被侍應「追撃」,在澳牛櫈還未坐穩,已催促你落order,念口黃的追問"炒蛋定煎蛋" "意粉定通粉" "飲咩"呢d例牌對答。不過我已習慣了澳牛那種如大牌檔的服務,只要去過一次,下次你也會懂得和侍應念口黃XD 星期日三點左右到華星,沒爆場,但人還是很多,幸運地剛有卡位,基本上不用看餐牌,隨即order了三個常餐。炒蛋不夠滑,朋友的那個炒蛋看起來滑一點~多士完全零分!不夠熱,應該放置了一段時間,和澳牛差很遠!叉燒湯意,叉燒少得可憐,也薄得可憐,意粉正常奶茶奶太多,多奶是會滑些,但蓋過了茶味,餐廳寫著「用心做好炒蛋,奶茶」,我想要加倍用心呢!奶油豬仔包,比蘭芳園的好味,但比翠園,勝香園的差些少,可以一試!水吧旁的一座「北海道3.6牛奶山」感覺只是卓頭罷,3.6牛奶加在那裡真的感覺不到,湯底?奶茶?炒蛋?雖然華星服務比澳牛優勝,但論食物質素,還是澳牛贏幾條街!一間只做常餐嘅餐廳,如常餐都keep不到水準的話,怎樣留得住客人呢?
