To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從知道呢度有火車壽司之後我都成日帶亞仔過嚟食，因為有開心又肯食，所有壽司都有兩排火車自動運送，咁下個制火車就會走，小朋友點會玩得唔開心位於樂富商場裏便好容易就搵到，不過如果正正繁忙時間去都幾多人等位加州手卷，我覺得略嫌牛油果同沙律醬少了一點，味道比較淡辣味三文魚壽司，辣味帶點香味小朋友最鍾意食嘅蟹樓壽司！一啖一粒炸蝦壽司，我覺得不夠熱，裏便的蝦肉緊熟，都不錯海膽壽司就麻麻哋，是好平的海膽冇乜味道三文魚壽司都係一般論壽司質素其實麻麻哋，真係贏在火車
