To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經常要在灣仔開工,見到這餐廳好評如潮,但無奈餐廳收六點,叉燒飯也是很快賣光,一定要在早上或中午前來「朝聖」。剛巧連續兩個禮拜的週末都要開工,便連續兩個禮拜都來試試,一次十點左右來吃,未有午餐,就試了早餐,一次剛好過中午,就試了最有名的叉燒飯。早餐那次點了蕃茄餐肉通粉,和薑汁奶茶。因為太肚餓忘了拍照,蕃茄餐肉通粉,最有誠意是那個湯頭,濃濃蕃茄味夾著酸酸甜甜的味道,湯已經濃得不像湯,像蕃茄蓉,而且非常熱燙,吃下去很舒服,在一天早上吃到這湯能令你倍感舒適。美中不足的是,湯配的是餐肉,個人雖然很喜歡吃這種加工食品,但近年已經儘量不吃,可是這裡就只有餐肉,也不能轉別的東西。這裡的餐肉也很優秀的,餐肉切了丁,也有接近十粒,每粒也大大粒,唯獨本身餐肉的味道跟那個蕃茄湯也不夾,各有各的味道,互相搶味,最後兩敗俱傷。臨走的時候聽到有常客來吃,點的就是這個蕃茄餐肉通粉,然後要求「走餐肉」,更加肯定了我對這道菜的想法。薑汁奶茶,薑味真的很濃,配上奶茶也算好喝,本身不是愛薑之人,純粹為試而試,最難忘之後整天無論整天吃了什麼,打嗝的味道依然是滿滿的薑味,應該可以推介給愛薑之人。之後隔了六天再臨,點了午餐每人都在

首先是叉燒,個人其實喜歡吃比較瘦的叉燒,這裡的叉燒很夠瘦,但吃下去沒什麼叉燒味,切得也很薄,燒得也很淺色,矇著雙眼吃可能也吃不出來是叉燒。
滑蛋倒是一絕,非常嫩滑,蛋汁亦很豐富,份量也很誇張,絕對要讚。
醬汁,其實菜色全名很長,有一半的菜色名都是在賣它這個自家製的醬汁,只能說,好吃貴好吃,汁實在過多,吃到最後都快變醬汁泡飯。
飯的份量對我來說剛剛好,比一般茶餐廳的份量少,吃慣盒飯份量的人可能會嫌少了一點。
飲品凍鴛鴦,中規中矩,也不多作介紹了。

總括來說是正面的經驗,但兩次都有美中不足,亦沒有那種「非常好吃」的感覺,有機會也會再來的。
