To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 9點左右黎到等左10分鐘就入得👏🏻最近肺炎關係應該收10:30, last order~10:00呢間係比較貴既放題火鍋，我星期五晚大概$360/人坐得舒服，牛肉質素唔錯👍🏻雖然食物種類唔多，但都夠食好鐘意一人鍋😍自己煮自己，又可以揀唔同湯底！！今日試左兩款牛同豬。個人黎講鍾意食牛多啲😋和牛好食👍🏻👍🏻而豬就冇乜特別😌仲有一個位係值得讚，就係餐具同醬汁🥰 個醬油有少少柚子味，好鍾意😆而且個碗會隔湯好細心🥰唔錯唔錯。冇失望既放題火鍋
