To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又去食日本料理今次揀咗銅鑼灣呢間築地日本料理，好方便相當近地鐵站出口，當日是平常日子都有好多捧場客，我覺得食物質素好價錢合理滿意！👍👍日本芝士年糕滿滿的芝士！炸到金黃色恰當好靚而且外脆內軟滑$38牛油果明蝦沙律賣相好靚牛油果配搭大蝦好食又健康$78中華冷麵配料夠多有日式义燒、蟹柳條、雞蛋絲及青瓜絲蘸上芝麻醬食夠凍又Fresh$78好想食海鮮鍋但食唔到辣侍應殷勤地提議將地獄海鮮鍋轉豬骨湯底🙏海鮮加豬骨所以湯底特別清甜！$98海膽帶子卷大大的帶子加上海膽，這份壽司食落好有層次濃濃的海膽香味滲透嘴巴十分正👍👍$68
