To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經惠顧過所有的潮州百樂分店。圓方分店給我們的印象一般。我們到達時已經已是9點,我們7位,是因為帶外國朋友逛街購物,遲了晚餐。環境雖然比其他分店好,但有以下幾點有待改進:1)店員不停推介貴價套餐及海鮮。問他們有冇其他潮州特色推介則沒有。2)食物質素較遜色。除了糖醋麵較好之外,其他也不行。潮州炒飯很淡,滷水鵝片很「諧」及有渣。上湯莧菜,菜都煮爛了,很碎。3)同是潮州百樂,只有這間沒有參與 Asia miles
