同一間舖已經轉過好多手,但相信都係同一集團或同一個老細。最近又轉咗做台式餐廳,試試佢。叫咗碗紅燒牛肉麵同珍珠奶茶,應該係最穩陣嘅選擇,好難會難食得去邊。碗麵嚟到賣相已經睇得出好求其,唔緊要呀,味道重要啲。點知呢,牛肉係用雪藏牛肋條,完全無牛味(咁佢亦都冇雪藏味嘅)及口感超差,蘿蔔亦無味兼舊舊都有渣,個湯味道已經係一般,但問題係好似飲油咁,連個麵都係鞋口。冇諗過一個普通嘅台式牛肉麵可以咁差。珍珠亦都硬骨骨⋯⋯
