To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次想食點心,想不到新店都會到添好運。通常都是點某幾款小食,整體質素都係水準以上。首先話蝦餃,味道清甜鮮美,蝦肉鮮嫩多汁,皮薄韌度啱啱好,煮得剛剛好,不會太爛或太硬,感覺好新鮮。燒賣亦然,燒賣皮有啲彈牙,燒賣肉有足夠嘅鮮味,不會太鹹或太淡,十分開胃。✨鳳爪係我唔可以錯過嘅點心,添好運嘅鳳爪雖然唔算係最大隻,但係味道十分正宗,醬汁香濃有味,鳳爪肉質腍滑,肉皮亦夠軟滑,都係非常好食。馬拉糕亦係另一款經典點心,味道唔會太辣,但又有足夠嘅香料味,質感腍滑,好適合搭配一杯熱茶食。❤️最後講下雪山叉燒包,雖然呢款係添好運嘅招牌點心,但我覺得味道一般,叉燒肉質有啲老,包皮唔算太鬆軟,亦唔算太韌。不過,好處係叉燒汁夠多夠濃郁,所以都算食得過癮。✨添好運嘅點心質素都係水準以上,雖然未到最好食,但係價錢合理又食得滿足,所以都值得一試。
