To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為新春期間,很多食肆休息,所以,才去幫襯...平時,偶然幫襯一、兩次,尚算ok ...通常只吃普通晚餐的menu ...過得去啦!今次,為怕失望,已經好小心叫佢的皇牌,第一日,我點叫皇牌 - 焗豬扒飯,加$9,添加菜心,已經聲明菜要冧d !豬扒係幾大片的,不過頗靱,又鞋口,而意大利蕃茄醬,亦不豐富,飯也沒有(像以前的)有旦絲混在一起,飯吃起來比較亁。真係退步了!菜心,很生,很硬,要用較剪剪開小段,才可進食!第二日,叫另一皇牌 - 咖喱牛腩飯,看到menu 標著「可以加辣」,味道有層次,於是要求加辣,多汁....加辣,只係pat左幾pat 豆板辣椒醬在咖喱上,兩樣野好似吾夾喎.....牛腩很細片,以前見過有牛筋,而家,無呀....亦沒有加多汁.....頗難食!水準差!
