To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一年之前試過這間西餐,仍然很難忘他的牛扒和意粉,用平民價錢換取酒店級水準。今次再來當然要繼續試他的牛扒,但是今次我們點了risotto。前菜是火炙半熟三文魚莎莎沙律,比起上次,這次的前菜出色了不少,可能是上次豬手沙律個汁太甜了。今次呢個做得非常平衡,三文魚是輕輕的煎一煎個表面,仍然食到刺身的感覺。緊張嘅時刻來臨了,牛扒嘅擺盤同之前一樣咁出色,但係切開又點呢?一樣係完美嘅四成效果。肉質味道所有東西都和之前一模一樣,好正今次呢個risotto係新嘗試,聞落已經好香,食落去完全對板,意大利飯煮得輕微生,係Al dente 既口感,醬汁濃厚,但係又唔會太多變得水汪汪最重要係材料非常多(比飯還要多)。甜品和飲品就中規中矩,但亦可一試。
