To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大除夕同埋三五知己去慶祝, 唔係好想俾一筆附加費(多數西餐廳都貴啲), 查咗一輪知道佢同平日都一樣. 餐廳環境唔錯, 用木色為主, 有點漁船feel.餐牌選擇唔算多, 主要係魚同海鮮, 雖然好肉者都有少許菜式可選.先點了炸魷魚圏, 魷魚咬落彈牙, 但外層脆漿一般, 配以佢地的tartar sauce 都幾ok主菜每人都點了唔同的魚扒, 主要有三種煮法: 炭燒, 油炸, 脆漿炸. 啲魚扒好靚, 我叫咗吞拿魚, 五成熟, 侍應建議炭燒, 配菜可選薯蓉, 薯條, 焗薯, 成班人各自選了一樣, 個人認為薯蓉最好味.甜品點了是日推介, 都有四款, 又係全部點晒, 但就真係一般.成餐飯以魚扒最貴, 要成二百五十元至二百八十元 (視乎所選種類), 其他約一百多些一碟.每人約四百多. 食滿五百元可免費泊車三小時.第一次寫, 請多指教

先點了炸魷魚圏, 魷魚咬落彈牙, 但外層脆漿一般, 配以佢地的tartar sauce 都幾ok
