Restaurant: Fat Belly Butcher & Gin House

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們點了- 45 days dry aged ribeye - Side dishes : Fries & mushroom - classic tomato spagetti- 2 x DrinksMedium 既 Ribeye 食落比較韌還有根,冇血水有牛味但食唔出有肉汁,HKD 600的牛扒質素同我們的期望有很大出入,和我之前係中環午餐 HKD 300 的牛扒也不如。Side disk 的薯條也只是普普通通,質感比較實唔太脆,蘑菇就很好吃。至於意粉就喜出望外,調味做得很出色,意粉彈牙。服務方便,整體是細心及有耐性,但有一點使我們不悅,餐廳詢問鄰座對牛扒的意見,鄰座反映牛扒比較韌及有根,結果餐廳給予他們一張9折優惠卷。另外,餐廳環境較細,只有兩張卡位,其他座位都是吧檯及高凳,坐得不是太舒適。
