新開張,朋友又勁推介,所以今日紅日中午黎食。前兩日已經買外賣試左佢嘅醉雞同炸魚皮,我唔知佢用花雕定係槽滷,隻醉雞醉到過咗龍,食幾舊ok嘅,食成半隻就愈食愈覺得苦,可能我唔識食,哩D先至係正野。至於炸魚皮,學蘇絲黃話齋,係硬嘅,一D都唔脆。講返中午黎食哩餐,兩個人叫左兩碗河粉,一碗係魚皮餃、墨魚丸、鮮牛柏葉拼紐西蘭羊片,另一碗係豬大腸、鮮牛肉拼墨魚頭。兩碗都係胡椒豬肚湯底。小食叫咗麻辣豬耳。仲叫多兩罐汽水。我哋中午兩點黎食,炸魚皮同一字骨已經賣晒,所以一字骨試唔到。河粉係好食嘅,湯底亦好正,唔飲埋有D嘥,但所有自選嘅食材就份量少質素亦麻麻,當中比較好食係魚皮餃,但係得兩粒。墨魚頭同墨魚蘇就淥過龍,縮左水又有D韌。鮮牛肉就有一浸豬潤味。羊片就係佳寶D肉。至於麻辣豬耳份量一樣係少,成$38,得幾舊,唔知係唔係新鮮豬耳,顏色比較淺,食落口感介乎爽脆同硬之間,但就夠辣。縂結,埋單$180,推介係辣椒油同胡椒豬肚湯,佢哋自己話個湯係冇味精,如果係真,應該貴就貴在煲湯度。
