個豬骨湯真係好濃味,好足料!個胡椒豬肚湯都好香胡椒味,唔會太辣或者太苦。雖然兩個湯底都好出色,但係如果兩個湯底比較,我會揀清湯,因為真係好好飲,飲完個胃即刻舒服曬,又唔會好重味精,飲完唔會口渴。

🌟總括:覺得普通左啲,冇咁特別,唔知係咪灣仔個間先特別好食,最出名嘅豬雜真係還好,夠乾淨,價錢都幾便。反而係個魚皮有啲驚喜,起碼第二到未過咁厚身又脆嘅。

一試潮州粉麪-開到鰂魚涌咁霸氣,點都要去食下,佢地暖出名既係湯底-白胡椒豬肚湯,同埋睇左網上介紹佢地銀針粉係搵人特製(咁一定要點啦)於是當日我點左醉雞+湯銀針粉+墨魚頭+紫菜,再要左一枝唔熱既樽裝維他奶(我覺得好奇怪既一樣)醉雞食得出係誠意之作,佢整到皮是彈牙肉又嫩滑,而且睇到d骨是熟左(好驚血淋淋既雞骨),酒香都幾出(我仲撈左少少落湯)而湯銀針湯是配左白胡椒豬肚湯,佢地個湯一上已經幾濃胡椒味(正呀),飲落唔似味精似煲左好耐既豬骨湯,幾好飲,而銀針粉幾彈牙偏短身(幾好),佢地即煮所以所唔會淋哂/比水浸到有陣怪味。墨魚頭我覺得好彈牙同新鮮,不過聽講凍食仲正(我放左湯)紫菜又真係用返潮州菜個種紫菜唔會太幼有點闊度(感動,小編半個潮州人食到正野會暗開心)圖2係同事點既三併,試左粒牛丸都好juicy 好食😋唯一比較失分係支維他奶無熱飲🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠否則都值得再幫襯鰂魚涌同灣仔有分店
