To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度較為貴，但食物質素對得住價錢。你會好明顯知道用料都好重本。坐位較迫同坐矮梳化， high tea可以 dinner 就略為辛苦，佢似走廊街邊大排檔。野食款式唔算多， buffet枱同個位只有2個身位，所以你旁邊不停有人行，見到waiter拎住盤碟行一條大直路,真慘。甜品蛋糕唔夠凍，個玻璃櫃好實，大力d拉就連入面d杯都郁埋。佢包飲品任飲，紅白酒同橙汁都有，佢會自動同你refill, 食完仲有杯熱野飲。呢度價錢較貴，所以唔多有人搶食，但係會多d所謂自以為好叻英文既人高談，或者而家好興個d abc bbc cbc 既外國華僑，大聲笑。咁high既地方連基本既table manner都冇，降晒 level
