To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向十分欣賞整得好靚既生日蛋糕。上網見到呢間有好多好靚既蛋糕，仲有唔少好評，但價錢頗貴，反覆研究好幾日，思前想後決定試試佢點解咁貴！日本柚子蛋糕$580切開蛋糕散發出陣陣柚子味，入面有柚子慕絲，柚子蛋糕，杏仁脆餅。食落柚子味好濃，但略嫌蛋糕外的朱古力太甜，蓋過了柚子味，令蛋糕食落唔夠清新。餅底比較厚，係杏仁脆餅，有咬感又結實，係整得唔錯既餅底。總括而言，係賣相高分，食落普通，無咩特別。食完再睇返website, 發現減價了，竟然有$380 1磅，我買的時候只有一個選擇，雖說我買的是1.5磅但如果有選擇我會選1磅的呢🤔蛋糕附送的切餅刀是stainless steel，挺漂亮的。

切開蛋糕散發出陣陣柚子味，入面有柚子慕絲，柚子蛋糕，杏仁脆餅。食落柚子味好濃，但略嫌蛋糕外的朱古力太甜，蓋過了柚子味，令蛋糕食落唔夠清新。餅底比較厚，係杏仁脆餅，有咬感又結實，係整得唔錯既餅底。總括而言，係賣相高分，食落普通，無咩特別。
