友人週末仍要工作,剩下小人獨享拉麵,一樂也。率先登場的唐揚魷魚鬚,上枱時還是熱辣辣的,店員還叮囑小心熱度!一咬之下,外層十分香脆,魷魚肉竟可以這麼軟腍的!唧些檸檬汁,蘸些酸酸的沙律醬,超好食!慢煮牛舌芫荽牛白湯沾麵陣容逼人,牛舌、牛白湯、麵條是分開上的。先說牛白湯,溫和得來亦很醇厚,大量的芫荽完全做到味蕾的衝擊!再加入牛舌底的芫荽和木耳,更添一份爽口感。牛舌有兩塊,好像很少,但因為又大塊又厚,亦已足矣。本身煮得很入味,是一流的配料!麵條煙煙靭靭,不會結成一球球,掛湯能力高,一級棒!食得很舒服的一個午餐!
