為阿女慶祝轉工,在「夢」訂了枱。訂位時,職員問有沒有特別事要慶祝,真窩心。我和女兒選擇了「紫」,阿仔選擇了「季節懷石」。雖然有菜單,但相信是因應貨源,上菜時並不完全跟菜單,而我們三位挑剔食客完全沒有投訴。每一道菜都用不同的獨特器皿及裝飾上枱,看得出廚師的誠意及創意;每一道菜的量都很少,卻又令我吃得很飽。前菜是用秋意盆景放豆蓉,炸物等,看到捨不得食。跟著一款以栗子蓉做餡料的酥皮包,配兩片櫻花形狀的鮮百合。魚生以粉紅色塩板上枱,每人可因應個人口味調整鹹味。墨魚他他配魚子及鮮花,配三片不同口味的米紙。還有…… 實在太精彩,下次一定會再去品嚐新的菜。
