To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 讚岐烏冬午市套餐有九折優惠,於是入去試下。餐廳環境比較侷促,因為枱與枱之間相隔很近,加了一塊大紙板較衛生。麵豉燒雞扒蕃茄湯讚岐手打烏冬$60- 雞扒剛剛燒好,熱辣辣,不過麵豉嘅味道蓋唔到雞扒雪味。蕃茄湯有幾舊新鮮蕃茄,好鮮味,烏冬口感煙韌彈牙,唔錯。飲品方面我叫柑桔蜜,味道實在太甜,結果我飲咗一啖就飲唔落去。麻辣雞讚岐手打烏冬(麻辣湯)$60- 辣度唔係好高,夠麻味,不過都係食得出雞件有浸雪藏味。紫心香芋丸$18- 新鮮炸起,芋頭味道比較人工化,食落比較油膩。大阪風燒餅$42- 以為係大阪燒,點知出到嚟係蔥油餅加啲章魚碎,上面吱上沙律醬調味,不過食落有意外驚喜,口感香脆,味道都惹味,可以一試。
