To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日的下午店舖的食客都比較多,今次揀左蕃茄牛肉湯烏冬、碳燒豬頸肉飯及炸蝦天婦羅蟹籽手卷,價錢與份量亦成比例,蕃茄牛肉湯烏冬的蕃茄湯都比較濃,牛肉應該是一般美國的肥牛,烏冬入口有嚼勁,是一個不錯的選擇。而碳燒豬頸肉飯份量十足,味道都不錯。至於天婦羅蟹籽手卷,外表看不到蟹籽,原來蟹籽夾在中間份量亦不多,上菜時炸蝦夠熱及粉漿不厚,亦是不錯的選擇。這三款菜品的味道雖然不算驚艷,但卻十分實在,份量十足且價格親民,絕對是性價比高的美食。亦是不錯的選擇。不過店內的冷氣比較熱,但店員都肯幫忙尋找風扇仔給食客使用,服務亦都不錯。但店員都肯幫忙尋找風扇仔給食客使用,服務都令人滿意。

呢間手打烏冬細個都成日食,一如既往最鍾意係食蕃茄湯底,今次叫咗牛柳粒蕃茄湯底烏冬,好鍾意佢嘅蕃茄湯底好濃郁,通常會飲一啖湯再食一啖面😬佢嘅牛柳粒都好香口淡淡的蒜香味道,送烏冬一流!同埋呢間嘅烏冬手打質地好煙韌,好鍾意食!

做完野去荷里活覓食呢間算係中價12點個陣都唔算多人去到差不多一點就要等位*星期一至五2:30前離座可以9折但店舖本身有加一,差不多打和掃QR code 落單*牛肉壽喜燒定食 $72+$8 焙茶拿鐵先講latte, 價錢上加$8係抵但焙茶味唔濃,算有小小茶味圖片係飲左1/3的不過無下次店內咖啡係americano熱嘅話唔駛加錢,呢個係值得讚*牛肉壽喜燒少少甜味,唔咸但個人黎講略嫌清淡不過就算有飲湯都唔會覺得口渴大量黃牙白,適量肥牛片,兩舊滑豆腐,一舊冬菇,一執金菇,一粒溫泉蛋,適量紅蘿蔔絲飯上有小小飯素以唔加一,呢個價錢係唔錯嘅份量多其他食物份量都多下次試其他款
