To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末同小朋友去完沙灘玩,小朋友話想食咕嚕肉,赤柱冇乜中菜餐廳所以就去咗呢間中菜館搵佢最愛嘅咕嚕肉啦。下午沙灘好多多人,但係似乎大部份人都唔想留喺赤柱度食埋晚飯。目測一般餐廳都比較冷清。尤其係赤柱廣場上嘅鍾菜館。餐廳嘅服務尚算唔錯,服務員見到小朋友都開心咁同佢傾偈又問佢想食乜嘢。上菜亦都好快。熱水壺能夠自動refill水同加熱,唔使叫服務員嚟添水,非常之方便。咕嚕肉旁有幾件新鮮菠蘿,咕嚕肉都整得唔錯皮脆內嫩,甜酸到適中,唯獨份量非常之少,兩個大人一個小朋友每人淨係食到三件左右。勝瓜雲耳炒雞球,雞球滑嫩,勝瓜汁多,味道不錯。由於兩碟份量都不太多,後加了一個馬友蒸肉餅,肉餅唔記得影相,應該是手打的但感覺比較肥膩,亦非常之鹹,價錢跟咕嚕肉一樣,可能再叫多份咕嚕肉比較吸引。接近$150連加一碟餸,份量又不多,真的不太划算。但服務味道及餐廳的空間尚算可以希望將來能夠人流多啲餐廳再做返好啲啦。
