Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Cozy café with 10 branches in HK neighborhoods.——Classified beef burger ($128)We ordered this medium cooked signature beef burger. Beef was not quite juicy tbh, but I did like how the burger buns were flavored with butter and sauce. A bit overpriced tho I would say. Lobster sauce risotto ($138)It was so porridgy as if I don’t have to chew at all😂 Nicely flavored! Baba ghanoush ($48)I didn’t know what that was until I googled it😂— Mashed eggplant dip!
