To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開Fullerton staycation，酒店都徧遠啲，而且又撞正打風，梗係留係酒店餐廳食飯。餐廳環境好乾淨好光猛，食都食得好開心！一行四人，見到有個家庭拼盤套餐乜都有($988)，唔洗考慮太多就叫左佢，一上枱，原來成個套餐用一隻碟裝住😂😂😂係一個佔左成兩張枱嘅碟，超級ig-able!!!海南雞飯好好食，雞又大份又夠哂滑，連飯都好香！沙嗲雞串好惹味，兩樣菜都有好多汁醬點，花多眼亂呀！個千層油酥餅都唔錯，又唔會太肥膩，不過配埋一齊嘅耶香咖哩牛腩個汁徧甜，一定要送飯或者薄餅。套餐唔夠我地幾個大食鬼食飽，於是叫左胡椒蟹($588)，胡椒蟹味道一流，又夠多肉，但價錢都幾貴下，三兩下就食哂。星洲炒米($168)有啲辣，都係茶餐廳好食啲😂睡房個喇沙麵都唔錯，最厲害係佢入面嘅餸菜夠晒多！留意，埋單俾美國運通同匯豐卡都有折扣優惠！
