今日又搵咗住觀塘既朋友黎觀塘既工廈搵食!位於時運工業大廈既Go Inside Kitchen位置方便,係APM行幾分鐘就到,搭lift到五樓,之後就會見到呢個門面,感覺係好有heart既餐廳!一入去就見到開放式既廚房,裝潢簡潔,空間感十足。雖然時間尚早,但我地再走入去,已經見到有幾枱人正在用膳。呢到一定唔怕油煙啦,而且環境氣氛好好,係同朋友坐低一路食飯一路傾計既好地方。坐低點咗兩個main course加$90轉餐。餐包係蒜蓉法包,法包係面頭塗上一層混有香草既蒜蓉醬,再烘至金黃色,微溫,令蒜蓉味道食落更濃更出色,真係估唔到蒜蓉法包咁有驚喜!前菜揀咗巴馬火腿伴蜜瓜田園沙律配無花果黑醋汁,Parma Ham食落咸香,配埋蜜瓜食,加添清甜,更特別的是用了酸甜的無花果黑醋汁,加上苦苦的沙律菜,整體味道就是又咸又甜又酸又苦,層次十分豐富!另一款前菜就揀咗荷蘭大啡菇田園沙律,大啡菇夠juicy,混合沙律菜、車厘茄、黑醋汁,清新開胃,但略嫌火箭菜比較苦!是晚廚師精選餐湯係蕃茄忌廉湯,飲一口就已經品嚐到濃濃既蕃茄味,真材實料,酸甜醒胃。西班牙海鮮意大利飯雖然唔係用雙耳平底鑊上枱,但廚師卻用心係碟面簡單

原來廚師係有用黑椒為煎香咗既帶子調味~食埋D寛條麵就知道個D黑色一點點唔係黑椒而真係黑松露。廚師真係好重手,每啖寛條麵都好creamy、好香黑松露味!真係啱哂鍾意黑松露既朋友~
