To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚, 一家四口去到創發食潮州菜, 都係因為睇完蔡瀾先生的飲食介紹書大讚之下才會去試的!我地叫左幾個地道的潮州餸, 包括川椒雞, 反沙芋, 鹵水鵝肉, 沙爹牛肉芥蘭, 炆雙冬同潮式炒麵線食! 幾味菜色都ok, 特別係個潮式麵線, 第一次食, 比廣東式的炒麵更優勝, 麵線係白色的, 有點似米粉, 但味道卻帶甜, 而且靭度比較強, 加入韮菜, 雞蛋來炒, 好好食; 沙爹牛肉芥蘭係另一個印象比較深刻的菜色, 沙爹好杰, 叫一碗 "妹" 食很滋味!炆雙冬即係冬菇同冬筍, 有少少酸的味道, 主要係因為筍本身的味, 唔係變壞左的味道, 汁好似係蠔油但又唔係蠔油, 因為係黃色的, 唔知佢點整出嚟但係又幾好食!本來食物都唔錯, 但服務就真係麻麻, 好似明明碟麵線未食哂, 伙記居然話拿拿聲夾埋佢我幫你收左佢, 有無搞錯.... 仲有碟雙冬都仲有兩隻冬菇, 都同我收埋...好似想趕客咁, 好食都無用!
