To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近來好多朋友轉食素，趕趕潮流、換換口味，今次來到東港城新開嘅從心素食，仲要做埋孝順女，帶媽媽同奶奶一齊趕潮流！餐牌上有咖喱牛腩、當紅炸子雞雞、有魚、有紅燒獅子頭豬、仲有三文魚壽司、賣相神似，是新派的素菜館。今次點了碗仔翅、酸辣湯、粟米豆腐湯、菠蘿咕嚕肉，麻婆豆腐，金菇牛肉卷、片皮鴨拼叉燒，另附夾餅，色香美味，份量充足、當然素菜味道不會太濃，亦不會太辣、但對於老人家而言，應該更加健康！最後更有香滑芝麻糊送上！
