To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說我有一次去西環,睇極周圍D餐廳冇間岩心水，直至我經過呢間餐廳，我就被佢乾淨、光猛的外表吸引左。當我行尹位坐的時候，D waiter立即遞上水同Menu俾我，我睇過D價錢，真是好便宜，我就心諗價錢甘平可能D Quality 馬馬。之後我就叫左海南雞飯，我食左一啖先至發覺D雞超級滑，D油飯Ok,D菜都Ok,佢重送左碗湯，碗湯重係無味精，超好飲，真材實料，我超鐘意。
