玖作一直以來經常創新,又嚴選食材,認真製作,無論嘢食定嘢飲都好高水準。最近聽見甜品師話要退出,即刻過去,樣樣都想食,一下子諗唔到食乜,大廚提議比目魚,好喎!大廚問配乜,我話蝴蝶粉丫,大廚話用白汁煮,就係咁,食到餐牌以外嘅白汁比目魚蝴蝶粉,嘩!好食到黐線,比目魚表面脆脆,裡面魚肉好滑好嫩🤤,個白汁唔會太杰唔會太稀,啱啱好包住啲蝴蝶粉,啲蝴蝶粉軟硬適中,點可以煮到咁好食架?遲啲無得食咁好味嘅嘢,真係好可惜😢
