To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超乎想像嘅肉餅

難得朋友揸車嚟新界，就搵一搵新界有咩特色嘢食。竟然比我搵到屏山好出名嘅肉餅專門店。一睇個Menu就知道點解咁出名，因為佢所買嘅肉餅係意料之外嘅配搭。有北京填鴨風味肉餅等等唔同中國菜式風味嘅肉餅。最最最特別係榴槤芝士肉餅、芒果肉餅，水果入饌唔出奇，但呢兩款水果配肉餅又真係想像唔到。入到嚟諗住小事牛刀，食另一個熱門— 松露牛肝菌芝士肉餅，可惜已經賣晒。結果我選擇咗六重芝士肉餅。肉餅同芝士都分量十足。面頭煎香過有嘅芝士，朋友一開始仲以為係煎蛋。煎香左嘅芝士好脆口，好似食緊芝士薄脆。跟住兩塊肉餅中間又有芝士。難怪係六重。肉餅本身鬆軟，多汁，整肉餅來講都算幾好。而朋友就叫咗個忌廉芝士肉餅。芝士味一定冇咁突出，反而多咗啲香草嘅味。加香草呢點都值得自己整肉餅時候用黎借鏡。
