銅鑼灣時代廣場食通天,有不少優質餐廳,位於9樓的Banchan & Cook韓國餐廳,走清新文青路線,格局乾淨舒適,提供韓式及西式的佳餚。玫瑰醬無骨炸雞,配有年糕和薯條襯碟,醬汁包裹住香脆嘅炸雞皮脆肉嫩,非常香口。牛肝菌蛋包飯,服務生幫忙在蛋中間切開,流心蛋滲透到米飯里拌均入味的牛肝菌,口感豐富而滿足。炸芝士豬扒忌廉年糕,香濃的芝士可以拉絲,年糕煙韌有嚼勁好味。燒醬黑毛豬白切肉配大醬生菜,厚切惹味的半肥瘦黑毛豬腩肉,點上大醬,包上香菜或紫蘇葉加上泡菜,口感一流令人回味。餐後甜品雜莓牛角包窩夫,買相十足邪惡又吸引。餐飲推出新產品夏至士多啤梨香蕉奶昔,不會太甜有層次感。餐廳坐無虛席,門口排著等位的長隊,人氣爆棚!
