Bakehouse真係幾時都咁多人買,超級受歡迎,新店終於開到嚟九龍,唔使過海都買得到太開心啦!假日3:00嚟到都排晒長龍,問過店員蛋撻係排到有就有冇就冇,全憑運氣去買🤣🤣食過一次蛋撻真係好想食,真心超級好味,每人限買六隻。🍴Sourdough Egg Tart $12 (10/10)酸種蛋撻新鮮出爐係最好食嘅,無論酥皮同埋蛋漿都好好食😆 撻皮係外國嗰種酥皮,好香牛油味好鬆化,亦都有好多層,做到外脆內軟,黐住蛋同酥皮之間嗰一層係比較煙韌比較淋,鬆化之間有帶啲口感!蛋超級creamy,香香甜甜好有奶香,蛋味比奶香cover咗,但$12一個真係超級高質,好好食,食完係會想再食多一個🤤🍴Apple Crumble Danish $30 (8/10)蘋果金寶丹麥酥,好香嘅蘋果肉桂味道,甜甜地,麵包好香好有口感,見到麵包係有唔同嘅洞洞,麵團發酵得好好,真心好食👍🏻😚但食唔到蘋果粒。🍴Matcha Cream Doughnut $38 (5/10)呢個真係有啲失望,抹茶忌廉冇想像中咁多,完全冇爆漿嘅效果😂冬甩做到唔油膩,麵包都好有口感好軟熟,有麵包香,抹茶忌廉都非常香濃,一啲都唔會甜,兩者都平衡得

🍴 Strawberries Vailla Danish $36 (7/10)
士多啤梨奶油丹麥酥,都有1.5粒士多啤梨🍓呢個反而覺得比較普通啲,個忌廉都好香奶油味 ,但偏向港式奶黃味多少少🤏🏻唔係想像中好重忌廉味好重,好香奶味嗰種,丹麥酥甜甜地,個包都係好食但偏濕,都好食但冇特別想再買嚟食🤣🤣

真心去到一定要買蛋撻,蛋撻係最好食,最高CP值,其他麵包其實基本上都好食,但有啲偏貴,寧願將所有錢買晒蛋撻😆 如果一定要揀麵包,揀啲冇忌廉同冇餡嘅會比較好,會食到麵包
