To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最後甜品有布丁同雪糕選…結果大家都係選雪糕…綠茶同黑芝麻味道都好濃郁…唔知係咪自家製呢!?!?

就咁睇餐牌…要成400蚊一個餐…未必會入黎食…樣樣款式得少少…但食過之後…就知道食材質素高…尤以池魚,紅衫魚為例…唔係咁多地方食得到…就算有都貴…魚鼻哥,豚肉煮亦唔係一般日式店有得食…所以400蚊應該係超值至真!!
Other Info. : 建議黎呢到幫襯既話…要預至少兩個鐘…咁樣先可以慢慢品嚐…食得輕鬆…
