今次嚟到一間超抵食嘅Omakase ,咁我見到佢有個lunch set嘅Menu$1080,嘢食都係超級多嘅。一去到坐低侍應就好細心講解餐牌大概會有啲咩食,問吓我哋有冇啲咩野係唔食既,超級細心。食物質素👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻回頭指數👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻最吸引嘅就係岩手縣廣田灣生蠔,一開頭你都見到咁肥美嘅生蠔就已經忍唔住要打卡,廚師喺我面前細心咁放上一啲金箔,靚到唔捨得食。煎帶子配上薄荷汁 ,呢種嘅配搭我都係第一次見,帶子煎得好香,內裏仲係好嫩口,估唔到配上薄荷汁,又係另一種風味。喜之次壽司,喜之次係一種珍貴嘅魚,師傅話佢係魚王。初春呢一個季節食係最好味嘅,油脂會比較多,魚膠質都好重。

最吸引嘅就係岩手縣廣田灣生蠔,一開頭你都見到咁肥美嘅生蠔就已經忍唔住要打卡,廚師喺我面前細心咁放上一啲金箔,靚到唔捨得食。
