To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日心情特登嚟味味佳朝早搵份好食。嚟到呢度，係想食個由心入味既午餐，而唔使傷荷包。首先揀咗個「沙嗲菠蘿肉片飯」—肉片香嫩得滯，沙嗲醬既花生香加埋甜甜既菠蘿，正！每一啖咀嚼，都係滋味十足。再嚟個蒜蓉雞扒飯，雞扒香煎得啱啱好，邊陣蒜香撲鼻，想唔吸引都難。個碟咁大，撈埋飯一齊入口，真係爽口得嚟，令人有種滿足感。但講真，最令人驚喜既係生炒雞絲飯。嗰凍沙律醬絲滑爽口，雞絲唔會乾柴，同埋餐單上添上嗰啲青瓜條，香口又解膩，食落去次次都想再嚟一碗。🍚🥢🌟茶記午餐，簡單唔代表無驚喜。就算喺平平無奇既日子，都可以搵到啱口味既好料。味味佳，午餐時間都係我心水清！下次再嚟，記得早啲嚟，免得塞爆，食唔到！
