餐廳位於香港科學園第三期,環境清幽,地方闊落,日式設計,以木系風格為主,有一大片落地玻璃,可以遠望園內景緻。我們選了兩個午市套餐,套餐配麵豉湯及茶碗蒸,麵豉湯調味適中,不會過鹹,蒸蛋有冬菇、蟹柳、鳴門卷,蛋味濃郁,入口滑溜。❤️刺身拼鰻魚飯性價比高,一個套餐可滿足二個願望,鰻魚燒得焦香,肉質嫩滑,配上濃郁的鰻魚汁,送飯一流。刺身有六大片,吞拿魚、三文魚、油甘魚及一隻大虾,厚切,新鮮肥美,入口甘香。❤️北海道帆立貝松葉蟹飯豐富食材滿滿地鋪於大碗上,份量超大,帆立貝飽滿多肉又新鮮,松葉蟹肉撕成條狀,啖啖肉,鮮甜無比,上面還有三文魚籽,咬落脆卜卜,壽司飯已用赤醋調味,每一口飯都可以吃到豐富既食材,十分滿足。
