To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排比較空閒,多了時間周圍發掘餐飲優惠,都找到唔少好嘢。其中之一,係尖沙咀凱悅酒店的中午半自助餐,$218 (另加一),只限平日供應,真係抵到無朋友。你可能會諗,咁平既價錢,會唔會無咩食架? 即刻同大家睇下~出去兜一轉,發現單是頭盤都交足功課,沙律當然是最基本嘢,仲有煙三文魚、風乾火腿、沙樂美腸及各式芝士。愛健康的女士,可能拎一大碟沙律回來,已經可以當是一餐。是日有一款湯,係番茄湯,都幾醒胃的。主食方面,都有好多選擇,中西日印度嘢等一應俱全。選了幾款不同的,大家分甘同味。印度牛油雞是我的選擇,有印度籍師傅親自烹調,跟上 Yogurt Masala及薄荷青醬,味道正宗。最愛大大件雞連汁醬,放在脆片或印式薄餅之上,一同放入咀裡,好吃。海鮮意粉份量蠻大的,據說都有水準。蒜茸粉絲蒸波士頓龍蝦係唯一要加錢的項目 (加$100),但佢係俾足全隻你,唔係半邊,仲要跟埋白飯、涼拌木耳及生果,絕對抵俾。龍蝦肉唔會好韌,有羔,龍蝦鉗當然更細嫩鮮甜。食完主菜,其實都夠飽,但甜品是必須要吃的。之前晚市來過,印象中伯爵茶曲奇是好有水準,幾歹吃幾塊先。是日蛋糕有八款,紅絲絨係受大眾歡迎的項目,栗子蛋糕就是席上朋友

雪糕都是任吃的,六款口味任君選擇,紅嗓子口味最開胃,啡人就大讚咖啡味,曲奇雲尼拿就是我的心水。最後再整多個焦糖燉蛋,大滿足。

是的,還會包咖啡或茶的。悠悠然呷一口伯爵茶,與大家談笑風生,在艱難的日子輕鬆地渡過。
