To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日來到銅鑼灣富豪酒店內的御花園食自助午餐。ㄧ行六人,帶着愉快的心情為兩位(ㄧ老ㄧ小)預祝生日。加上有信用咭五折優惠.每位連加ㄧ服務费都只是$191,認真起值。自助餐由中午12時至2時30分供應。環境不錯,待應清理桌上的碟子也很快。食物的種類也很多。沙律種類很多,愛吃蔬菜必Like.壽司,魚生的種類就不多,壽司師父很cool.熱盤食物都是一般常見的食物,較為特別是西班牙海鮮飯。一大盤的西班牙海鮮飯,顏色,味道都好吸引。值得推薦。湯麵的配料都是自助餐常見的，味道不錯。甜品絕對是這餐的精選,為這一餐畫上完美句號。
